"what do i want to do on my work experience"?

I managed to get a work experience placement in a hospital, but now that I'm there people keep asking me what i want to see. Even though I'm fine just shadowing the doctor, I'm worried that i might be missing out on something if I don't ask to see something. I'm on the coronary care unit, so if you have any ideas of what would be good to see please let me know
