How many pads/tampons should I bring?

I'm going on vacation with my family for a week in the bahamas...I got my period today and I will be leaving on saturday and be coming back next saturday. My flow is pretty regular, not too light and not extremely heavy. My period lasts for 7 days. How many tampons and pads should I bring? thanksssss!
