Need advice on how to add a "footer" on Microsoft Word.?

Put a 'Section Break' after the second page then add the footer to the third page, after the Section Break. The Section break effectively says 'only after this make each page format the same as this one'. You can use as many Section Breaks as you want in a document to change the way different parts of the document are formatted.
