What do i tell my parents?

okay, so its been about two weeks since ive used acv , vinegar to remove this mole on my lower stomach next to my hip bone, i've had it since I was a little girl, but it just grew & i didn't like it& was kind of embarrased to wear a bathing suit. so now it's removed & there's a little scar left.. & me & my family are going to the bahamas soon what do i tell them? I can't tell them the truth .
