I am scared of shadows?

I watched a scary video clip on youtube and the creepy girl came out of no were and I am scared of shadows. It may sound silly but Im really sensitive to scary clips. Im really aware of the shadows. Like if im in my room then I will never come out. Or if I am outside or something I will have my parents come and get me. (14 female). and if you want to see the video its on youtube and search up goat car. And at the end the girl will pop out. Just thinking about it makes me scared.
